TT rolls 6 dice which each corresponds to a table. The actual percentage of the die is irrelevant because it will always up a table.

Table 1:
3: framer
2: GF

Table 2:

2. vig

Every dice roll ups a table, which goes around (3->0).
Notice how the cop, doc, and framer are all uneven? That means we need all 3 tables to reach an uneven result to reach doc/cop/framer. That's impossible with 6 dice (even).
