Frankly put because nobody seems to know how to behave in a civilised manner and it's clearly aggravating the guy and stopping him from doing shit and that in turn makes the people with no manners behave worse towards A NEW PERSON THAT SHOULD BE TREATED WITH RESPECT BECAUSE WE WANT PEOPLE TO STAY ON THIS FORUM.
