I believe this claim, it looks like it is written out because he was provoked and was not a premeditated action prepared in the scum QT. Furthermore scum would probably claimed way later. Cixah feels like standing alone and not have mental support from scum mates.

I think I like this better than GB, personally. Obviously I'm gonna go look for myself tho...off the top of my head though most of the issues that people have brought up have been based on a dislike of his playstyle which I'm REALLY wary of with regard to GB considering our history.
