Absolutely policy lynch worthy. Weekends I don't have a lot of time and I don't like d1 so I'd understand getting lynched then. Obviously I'd disagree but I get it. It says something about HtS.
If it was an actual case, I would agree. The fact that it's on his absence/meta changes that. The only thing that changes that read is his analysis/play and we're arguing semantics at this point unless I'm completely misunderstanding you.
