I think he totes town from reading his filter and checking out his past town games and scum games saw it was more aligned with his town games.

You start the game with 6 evolutions that other people may use; these evolutions are treated as items. You may not use or activate any of these evolutions unless they have been given away at least once already; you may not pass these items to mafia players unless you have received them back. These evolutions are actions and may not be used in addtion to other actions during the same phase. You may give a player an evolution once per night phase. They will recieve the item with the daypost.

Chameleon skin: During the day phase, the bearer of this item may activate this item to prevent the player lynched during this phase from flipping.
Lurker Spikes: During the day phase, the bearer of this item may post ##Shoot PLAYERNAME; it has 1 bullet. That player will be targeted with 0 KP. Whoever is given this item will be told that it will hit with 1 KP.
Soul fragment: During the day phase, the bearer of this item may consume this item to increase his voting power by 1. Whoever is given this fragment is not told that this decreases your voting power (if you are alive) by 1 for that day.
Ultralisk plating: This item passively protects the bearer from 1 KP (as a bulletproof vest). If a player would die even with the use of this vest, then the vest is not used and instead is passed on to one of the killers at random.
Overseer Tentacle: During the night phase, the bearer of this item may consume it to target a player. The bearer is told each and every player that visits his target during the night phase.
