You're missing the point on colossus. It's a double "lynch" for town and he has perfect control over who he shoots, the only condition is that those two have to be right next to each other. The reason I like Colossus over the other vigis for town is that:

a) it cannot be roleblocked, so no shenanigans.
b) it doesn't have the warp ability which is incredibly mafia favored (taking control away from townies). We WILL policy lynch anyone who at any point in the game uses a warp ability.
c) it is two KP that can be aimed into the playerlist and controlled, so it is much harder to "fake" than other KP roles.

It's basically a brilliant ability to give us more KP. Basically we'll find a scummy player and shoot him and pick whoever of his neighbours is more scummy than the other. It might even be very useful for discussion.

Furthermore, when Palmar coined his grand plan, Oats, mderg, and Onegu started questioning Palmar's plan. I'm inclined to read Palmar town for now, so I feel like mafia would step up and contest his plans in some way.

Of the three, Onegu followed it up with sound logic, which he started updating on the fly. He's my top town.

Oats just seemed to fear monger. Did not interact with Onegu and his logic either. He just said "Palmar's trying hard so he's probably mafia, watch out!". Which may be relevant, but what's his thought process here? He does not come up with a plan on his own, nor does he try to figure out why Palmar's plan may be mafia favored. Is he trying to figure out palmar's alignment/rationale? Doesn't seem like it.

mderg made a comment to half-dispute Oats' question of Palmar's alignment, which I'm inclined to read null at the moment (just the comment). Comment didn't really add anything of worth, but it half-ass defended Palmar, who is sort of town. So whatever.

Oats is scummy because he pushed on MilkMan (and off marv) for policy-reasons, even though MilkMan had displayed good reasoning behind picking Carrier and his interceptor logic was sound. Oats essentially ignored this (afaik).
