Like you're assuming this is even a fixed setup it could just be rng with a tiny bit of tweaking. I've thrown godfathers into games I've hosted just to mess with mafia when there's no cop too

Say damd is rber which is most super likely with that track, that means our rber has to block him to prevent him sending kp but that means the other mafia can 100% kill our medic and tomorrow damd would die and we are in the same position. A day behind. If damd is cop which is super highly unlikely because robik wouldn't get that mad post modkill as mafia then we still just trade a cop for mafia and save a day of a dead towny instead of the far far greater risk of having 2 alive.
