I'd much rather lynch mafia than a 3rd party. Also, how is he a mafia medic? If defender saves someone, they win with town, apparently regardless of the alignment of the saved person.

He's not a mafia medic. CR has the option to save somebody and if he saves somebody his win-con changes to a town win-con.

From my interpretation, the people about to die to non 3rd party hits are sent to CR and then he can choose whether or not he wants to save them or something. the last 2 phrases are borderline gibberish

Due to concerns over miscommunication, the defender role (if it exists) must PM the hosts which faction he wants to save at night. If he blocks a kill and die as a result, his 3rd party wincon will change to a town wincon, regardless of who he saves.

Best plan atm is all third parties claim, and we lynch into ccs or the people who aren't.
Cuts the lynch pool by a lot and will help focus town
