marv can be very convincing. Why wouldn't he admit he was wrong if marv convinced him of his wrongness? You are basing your read on him on certain assumptions about his behavior that you can't make.

Early game this happens to me a lot. Ill see something that looks obviously scummy and Ill think it's scummy. Then I will see someone jump on it, and ill think wait a minute, maybe the person jumping on it is scummy because they are so eager to jump on obviously scummy shit.
