First, HF uses quotes several times during that case and as a result the timeline of the events said to take place are cloudy and uncertain. That being said, the main points of his case (DP is inquisitive as town, DP's not wishy washy as town, etc) I tend to agree with. So I'm going to go filter DP and see what I see.
