BTW if anyone has setup questions, feel free to ask. I'll be making a separate voting thread once the game starts, mostly because it's easier for the hosts to count votes when there is a voting thread; only votes there will count. As usual for Instant Majority games, you cannot talk after the hammer. Feel free to post  but talking between the hammer and the flip will be punished arbitrarily and possibly unreasonably. Once the flip happens, you're welcome to talk at night though-- we're using 24 hours nights this game with talking. | ||

Because incentives and stuff change after you are literally 100% sure you are hammered. I don't want to have to deal with stuff like fake post-hammer unvotes or people writing defenses or attacks on the guy who got hammered between him being hammered and him flipping. In a perfect world, the hammer would INSTANTLY result in a flip. Think about a game of voice mafia-- when the hammer falls the host interrupts the players, makes them stop talking, and says what the guy flipped. that's what's happening here. | ||

#2 People writing defenses or attacks on the guy who got hammered - i dont know why someone would do this but I don't see a problem with it. #3 Just because it happens in voice mafia, that does not make voice mafia a "perfect world." I literally hate voice mafia. #4 It puts an unfair demand on cohosts, and it creates a rule that will surely be broken and not enforced. | ||

That being said, I was under the impression IML is the minority of normal minis, and I'm 'that guy' who hosts IML minis. E: well we might as well put it to a vote. Anyone who wants to be able to post between hammers and flips just type ##postbetweenhammersandflips and if the majority of players vote for that then i'll change the rules to allow it | ||

Probably a couple more days of dicking around on this 14-day trial to feel out the controls a bit more then I'll be taking the 300M offer refferal thing and off to the races. Want me some gang warfare! Throw some plates on that bitch. | ||

Throw some plates on that bitch. as long as you don't sit in high-sec missioning 20 hours a week to make plex you'll be fine. just make sure to check every so often that you actually enjoy playing eve, lots of people suck at having fun while playing eve | ||
