They probably should but I'd rather they/we all decide its a good idea that will have a definite benefit, instead of giving scum a place to hide or cause confusion.

hard to see a world where scum rayn is this active and in the spotlight, but not impossible. Now that we assume there is a vig and have a vet claim, I will have to run through the possibilities.
