Claims tend to get a bad rap around TL because most claims are done in situations with extremely high risk and questionable payoffs. However that doesn't mean there are low-risk and/or high-reward situations that you should claim. For example: Claiming your role in LYLO (low-risk) Claiming before you get lynched (high-reward) Claiming after you use a confirm-able 1-shot power (low-risk // high-reward) Claiming in order to "solve" a game (low-risk // high-reward) Those are some of the more obvious/common situations, and there are no doubt more to list. However in general, just think of claiming in terms of risk/reward trade-off and you can generally make a good decision on when to claim. | ||
