The Bard's Code

One player shoots at a time. We wait for the flip before the next player shoots. There is no reason to have five people shooting at the same time with limited information.
If Player A shoots Player B and Player C shoots A before B flips, Player C will be policy shot.
Do not shoot immediately once a player has flipped. A longer cycle favors town.
Do not fake shoot. It gives the mafia team an excuse to perform a retaliation shot.
If you are town, don't waste your shot trolling.
Come at the Bard, you best not miss.

(a) because there must be some form of bulletproof mechanic in the game, you can't assume it's an all-vanilla(or all-vigi rather) setup;
(b) because this is a weird claim. If makes you not want to shoot him, which makes him either a blue, a red or simply a real 2bp role trying to wifom the shit out of people. From my old experience(and self-experience) however, claiming a strong blue like that - and one unlikely to be shot - is usually a scum method to reduce the likelihood of being shot.

example: pokemon mafia where I claimed to be a medic early on, being medic and bulletproof as scum, but the claim was more for attracting shots rather than repelling them.

My suggestion: watch Cheesecake carefully and be ready to stack shots on him if we deem necessary.

Actually I didn't catch it either until I just checked my role PM and his text a bit closer.
That sucks though, makes the game a good bit more boring with confirmed town running around. Maybe scum has fake PM's though.
