As everyone I wonder how did VE get a pass today. If there was a blue role protecting him it would have claimed it by now. I.don't believe either that randomly VE got immunity. Makes no sense at this critical point of the game. I can only see the scum team doing this. However as some stated even if we mislynch we might have a shot tomorrow if there is a funny D5 Lynch theme. In that case I will go all in on the non random part of the lych on VE. | ||

Why we should all us our friend vote on ourselves I've given some further thoughts about it, especially how mafia could try to abuse the lynch mechanics and deadline voting, and I think we must use our friend vote on ourselves. First of all, I think that we are at mylo, with 4 town and 2 mafia, unfortunately no medic and no way to have a no-lynch. I'm pretty that mafia is just one mislynch away from victory and they don't care if they have to reveal to do so. VE being pardoned is a good example of this in my opinion. For me, it basically confirms that he is mafia. Given the lynch mechanics, we must stack all our votes to one of the remaining mafia players. Now I'm going to develop and explain why we must also use our friend vote on ourselves. Let's assume that we found one mafia player player and everybody agrees to lynch him. It's going to take some time for sure. But we can do it ^^ Let's also say that someone (I'm going to call him Hopeless later on for more clarity  ) says publicly that he is not going to use his friend vote on himself because he doesn't need to so he is going to use it for other purposes.If the 2 mafia players stack their votes early on Hopeless, he is going to be the first one to reach 2 votes against him. Then even if we found the remaining mafia player and vote him with the results of 4 votes against him, they can try to last minute friend him, reducing the amount of votes to 2. If I'm right, in this case, Hopeless gets lynched and we lose. I think it is going to be difficult to react to last minute friend voting (by switching all town votes against the other mafia), and impossible if the other mafia is VE. If everybody use the friend vote on himself, the maximum vote count that mafia can reach with hidden stacking is going to be 1 and we have to counter it with all town votes against a mafia player. This way, even if they try to last minute friend the lynch target, town is still going to achieve a total of 2 votes against him. Conclusion We must absolutely consolidate our vote and use friend vote on ourselves. If we do so, giving a "free" friend vote to VE is not going to matter. I do concede on his statement that Hopeless is way townier than scummy. Kush as opposed to thrawn very often has gone all in on some reads (like me/prplhz D2, etc) before realizing he was so very wrong when mislynch did happen. This could be considered scummy but actually he went with his town reads and conceded his mistakes. On thrawn I have to go with Mementoss pre death case. His reads, decisions, changes of mind seem pretty much as incoherent as mine. But thrawn is nowhere near being a newbie like me who can be manipulated. He posts a lot to create content confusion, etc. I am being incoherent as well keep changing my mind. But I am on different time zone so this is hard for me sometimes to be part of the action and as a newbie I am an easy target to confuse. One thing I have been coherent is me following djodref. If he is town as I mostly expect we will have a shot today at focusing on the right kill. | ||

As the friend vote is the only public information and it can be used on someone to disrupt the normal lynch process (the foe vote), it is anti town not to use it in a fair way so that everyone gets one. The only solution cause no one can target ve is to friend oirselves. ##Vote friend Da0ud | ||

 I have NO fucking idea why I'm being pardoned...but the fact that it says "has been Pardoned" leads me to believe that it's a power, not mechanic, and the lack of claim leads me to believe that it's mafia, not town, that aimed it at me. It's possible that a town Pardoner hasn't claimed because they have more uses than just the one...but that seems OP and probably would have been revealed before now. My money is on mafia. The question now is why. Dj tunneling me ad nauseum comes to mind. It basically confirms me as scum to him, as his posts indicate. That actually leads me to believe that he's town. If he's scum, there's no fucking way I would have been the target of a scum Pardoner. I'm going back to reread Dj later with this in mind - this is pretty fucking big and changes almost everything I was thinking. On the lynch mechanic, I agree with Dj on the friend vote. Because it's public, it will force scum to either vote for themselves or risk drawing attention to themselves. I assume I may not vote for myself, however, so take that for what it's worth I guess. :/ On Hopeless1der, I agree that it's very unlikely that he's scum. He's not on the docket as far as I'm concerned. Nor is Dj based on the Pardoner thing...that may not mean anything to you guys, but it pretty much confirms him as town to me...so I'm going to finish looking over Da0 (I was in the middle of his filter when I left for work) and then look over Thrawn and kush. Of the three, kush seems the towniest. Pending filtration, Thrawn looks the worst. Mementoss' case is...........long. I haven't read all of it yet. I've read some of it, but I'm really not factoring it in until I read it all and filter the guy...not in that order. | ||
