Hi guys, sorry for late post, but now I'm back so its all good! Concerning the election: ET and Wiggles is looking like the top two candidates for myself and many others. But with Toadesstern's claim,we can use this to our advantage. Having a mason as VP is good because, well mafia doesn't have it, and Toad might receive more information than other townies due to having a partner. I know another reason for not electing Toad as president is the fact that he might be a lyncher. And IF he IS a lyncher, we know for sure that mafia, again, doesn't have the VP role. Now, someone said that Toad will slip if he is mafia, so when he does(if he is mafia), we can just lynch him and he cannot save himself. In all three scenarios I find Toad to be a the best option to be VP. Now we only need to put this plan into action somehow by first deciding who we chose to elect, as the vote cannot be split to make sure Toad is set into the VP role. By the way, a mafia VP can add 1 KP for sure and waste 1 day worth of discussion( although you must remember, cannot pardon himself). Therefore the VP IS an important role. Grush+Sinensis+pppanda reunion lets kick ass(dont tell BH)! Oh Hai Blazinghand. | ||

But by the looks of it, this is not going to happen, so... Of the leading two presidential candidates, I think MrWiggles have a stronger platform as of now; He clearly stated his lynch candidates. EchelonTee, can you state a few of your potential lynch target as well? I know you said that you will base your lynch on what the majority of town says, and that is great; but I feel like that is almost like putting off the blame in case of a mislynch. Imo it will greatly boost you town-credibility if you can pump out a few of your own reads. Anyhow I will decide who to vote based on your response. Regarding Toad(once again): For everyone: What is the best method now to pick the next mason? I am thinking letting Toad play out his cards by himself might be the next best option, as he seem to have some withheld information. The other choice is for the town to decide someone for him to invite, but this increases some randomness and can be potentially affect by mafia. Toad, thought? | ||

Hassy: The VP and P elections are NOT separate. Meaning the second most vote automatically becomes VP. Toad: Like I said, I think you picking your partner(if that is how it works) is the best move from here. But if you really ARE the mason, why would mafia kill the person who confirms you because only on his flip can the town know you are mod-confirmed? I think I have a guess as to what you are doing but we can only wait and see. Is the voting due in 5 hours? | ||

Hey jaj, I do not think I have played in enough games to know the effectiveness on policy lynches. I played one game with grush, sinensis, and BH; as far as I can tell, this is only the second game where Sinensis and BH played with grush as well. I am fully aware how grush's play was destructive for town as well as either of them, but that was one game, and as all of us can see, grush is at least trying to change his playstyle. He has played a few games before, surely he know being neutral is a telltale sign of mafia. Hyaach wanted to abstain from today's vote, and as of now, his vote is still on Meepak. In you're last post you mention MrWiggles as a good candidate, are you going to act on that? It is important to vote for someone who is planing to lynch a person who you believe to be scum. But even more important to vote for someone who you think is town. Remember, the first lynch is just a part of the President's power, the two votes counts for the rest of the game, which is much more important than the first day. So for myself, after reading ET's post, I will put my vote on MrWiggles. I think he has shown his ability to analyse others slightly better than ET. I also want to say I also support ET and thanks for your analysis. | ||

I feel like you have been contradicting yourself through the game. You changed your own priority for targets quite a bit. Vigging Wiggles, are you serious? He said he was lynching sinensis, if he had changed target last second, that would have been more alarming. Sorry what is your position for toad once again? I don't feel like we forced him to claim anything. You seem to be one of the few that is OK with his play. What is the "obvious" reason for him to mason you? Claiming vig is tough. As there is really no way to confirm you in terms of methods as toad is using, you can't call the shot beforehand. As Toad already picked his buddy, I just want to say that I will be worried if you are the one who claims mason for him. | ||

Not sure what happened in AC but I take it that you mean 2 town mason factions, unknown to the other, could each select a single individual each night, command carried out by each respective recruiter? And this is the purposed situation with Gambit? Until Gambit responds my vote would be on gambit right now. By the way, by withheld information i meant all information not accessible by someone who is not mason. I was aware of Toads claim of extra mason, but I didn't intend to imply anything more that what my post clearly asked. | ||

Gambit didn't respond yet, if he ninjas today he is dead tomorrow. The only reliable way I can think of to confirm VE is 1)tell him who to shoot 2)someone protect the target 3) target tells us whats up. Before you post comments on why this is a stupid plan, I want to say that I agree it's a stupid plan and this is not going to happen tonight because so many things can go wrong. #Vote:VE | ||

However as I was reading it, I was, using your term, on the fence for VE's lynch. What I didn't like was how he responded to the pressure. He claimed vig, one the the toughest role to prove at this stage of the game. Ofcourse it's possible he is vig, and what ticked for me was what he said about if he was the mafia leader, the mafia would try more to save him...(can't find the post, but I'm pretty certain that I read it today). Wifom doesn't work as defenses...(learned that the hard way last game, marvellosity;p). Anyhow, my point is I find VE scummy and people trying to spread the vote are also worth looking at(hi kenpachi). | ||

Regarding Probulous' case on Kita, I did not find the case to be as convincing. Addressing point 1 and 2, it was a good plan to give Toad the pardoner role. Right now the pardoner would have been in the hand of confirmed town, or had Toad failed to prove his role, he would have been vigged or lynched day2, effectively eliminating the power. Now ET(unknown alignment) is pardoner and the power is still in play. Point 3 and 4 are more agreeable. He led the mislynch against VE, but he should know that leading a lynch will ultimately bring responsibility onto himself so I find this a more towny behavior. I am uncertain what kind of information will result from a kita flip, but reducing KP to 2 sounds like an attractive option for me. That said, I think Gambit should be the obvious lynch choice today. He ninja voted again yesterday and still have not posted any thing beneficial to the discussion. Gambit the scum should die. | ||
