And most importantly, a very low activity as to be very careful with his own posts.

If anything, I'd say Veli is scumbuddy with Paper; However I am not sure about that at this point. Still, it's pretty clear that all Paper has done is to try to buddy up with a relatively well accepted player(as in, many people want him elected) while staying wishy-washy with his lynch targets. Oh, and of course, blue fishing.
