I just read over most of the thread and the voting thread. Nothing in the thread 100% proves Tackster is red, as bum claims. In fact, the past ~30 or pages have only cast increasing doubt on coagulation's insistence... Tackster can't be a red. the only advantage of Reds and Blacks are information. But he did not know that coag was actually the one with the gun. All discussions about how his play of stealing rather than using the mood ring aside, I cannot understand why so many votes are still on Tackster.

LSB, does the "no abstain" rule only apply for the mayoral election, or does it apply forall votes?
Can I please see where coagulation specifically mentioned the stun gun issue? I don't remember reading Tackster talking about a stun gun at all.

I can't make sense of this game.
Did the "king" game mechanic come from that assassin mafia game? If that is so, then the assassin just lost his win condition since he only had one shot, and he blew it. -_-
I told you that tackster's posts were very pro-town. It was coagulation (is it a bot now?) and Jackal's insistence that led me to vote for him. I was too late to see the vote changes at the last minute.
Do we have a lynch? Can we get lemonwalrus during daylight?

Apologize about the inactivity. Last I checked the thread, we were in the middle of a gigantic rules change, but still LemonWalrus was a clear target from last day cycle.
I don't know if I'll be able to read the past 34 pages in the next 20 minutes to vote in time, but from the vote patterns, I see there aren't any compelling reasons the town isn't feeling like it made a mistake. Thus, I am voting for his lynch.

-_- After my last experience, when a 100% benign (albeit aggressive) effort to win the town backfired and nearly permabanned me from all mafia, I considered even quitting the mafia scene altogether. I'm not going to let myself get so emotionally invested in a forum game any longer. I will pay attention, but I'm not going to wade through all the spam. I'll only point out when there's something really obvious and dumb going on, like that lynch on Tackster, after he made so many good posts.
I still feel that we have a great chance, now that we have all the items from the item game. I'm considering my options - remember, this is insane mafia, and I don't want to get second guessed by another rule change or some hidden sub-game that is gonna be revealed to me later.

This is insane. So, conceivably, it was possible to buy 20 votes? i.e. completely control a lynch? The hell? Why did you not use it to save Tackster?

Whatever. We got the godfather, and now we just have to worry about their "3" RPGs. What are the benefits of winning the item game? Anybody know? Since bum knew, there had to be some blues that were in there other than bum. Do you know who are the blacks, have any analysis to help us?

You know. I know this is insane mafia, but the black market was... the very definition of imbalance. -_-
There was no way for us to avoid revealing our names within the first few days of the game.
Anyway.
I really dislike playing with players who just do random shit. There was -no- evidence Meapak was a red. Sure, you got lucky this game, but 9 out of 10 games you're just going to screw up your own side.
It really makes me pissed off how shit happens on a dice roll.

All that internal confusion about how the bus driver works, how the black market and money works, etc etc aside, we may still have had a chance if not for that COMPLETELY RANDOM shot out of the blue.
Haha. I even recall coag saying "oh I didn't shoot the night before because I was worried red would control me" - if we controlled you, you'd have shot your gun regardless of what you wanted. -_-

only problem is hes a less than stellar scumhunter and a pretty big waste of the mayor spot.
generally mafia dont really have a whole lot of incentive to run hard for mayor. a mafia mayor is elected maybe like 1 out of 50 games in my experience. they tend to lay low instead of putting themselves out there like that.
at this point i have a 75% scum read on Meapak_Ziphh.
me and him sent PM back and forth for about an hour right before the game.
as soon as the roles go out he posted 1 time and then layed low.
usually scum are inactive in thread during the very start of the game because they are talking to their mafia buddys on irc or a private forum and getting organized. he basically went from super active before role pms had been sent out to non active/lurking after pm's had been sent.
also normally hes a very active poster.. if you look at how much he posted when game started and compare that to other games hes been in when hes town he posts alot more.
keep your eye on him.
