so who ever dug the hole had something to dig it with that was really long or can extend so far it would shatter a skeleton. Or the guy had incredible endurance to be able to climb up a long hole.
Glasse is kirby which can float so he would be able to dig a hole and float to the surface.

wouldnt the fact that making a hole really deep be crucial?
I dont see any clues of kitaman digging that hole..
but the clues Nemesis provided are pretty good. i didnt take the echoes of screams into account.
