Yes and no, since really your scenario isn't much different than scum putting out accusations to bog down the town with. At least with rasta's plan the scum have to do extra work, otherwise they just can go #accuse whenever they want. And the play you're describing is pretty obvious, I don't think it would get past anyone that the 'accuser' was trying to blame the 'trial-er.'
as for bandwagoning, since votes are hidden i think this game that should be less of a problem.
I do agree with posting our votes publicly and giving a reason (i actually came up with that idea too but rasta got to post before me  )

There need to be more accusations if we can extend the day. Caller's and/or is really confusing. 9 pages and us being on day 2 isn't good for us comrades.

I like that we state our votes and reasons in the thread.
I don't like the second person needed to make an accusation simply because it makes it harder to keep track of who accused who and who supported. It is usually chaotic enough as it is.

Christ, it is OBVIOUS we should state votes and reasons in thread. It is something we can work with, which is always better than nothing. In fact I like trial system too, since with well-supported reasoning getting the second supporter shouldn't be hard anyway. It also gives one certain tangible supporter of the accusations which is valuable since closed votes.

Lets hope so, I want to get this cracking with accusations 
I think Hesmyrr trial system is good for one main reason: It keeps us from getting bogged down in accusations.
We should most definitely be stating in the thread whether we are yay or nay on accusations.

Yah, I also think we should hold off on accusations until near the very end of the day to prolong it. That way we aren't wasting accusations, and also theres less accusations going around to make things confusing.

I don't know, this way we could potentially have a bunch of accusations flying around at once and it could get kinda confusing.

Been pming people and one of the things someone brought up is very intriguing to me. *cough* Xelin *cough*
Why was South killed, of all people? If it was mafia, then why would they kill him instead of someone like Radfield or the such (aka better players.) Did they think he was a blue?
This is why I'm starting to think it was either
1. Unintentional. For example a "weak" doctor role that would kill a non scum, but a role that actually fits in this scenario.
2. They thought he was blue. But none of his posts seem to really indicate that. And definitely as we see now he wasn't.
Moving forward, if it was a mafia one time kill thing(like day vig but more hidden), then why would they use it now? Especially considering there are other people who would be considered more "expierenced." No offense to South of course, but obviously him(as well as I) aren't really what you would consider "the best".
Anyone want to help make sense of all this?

Alright. Everyones being quiet this game. I think we are all a little confused. Probably the lack of knowledge of our roles.

So town KP roles, please do not use your kp unless you are sure. There are only 14 of us left right now, so we have little room for error I believe. I don't want any of my good Soviet Brothers to lose their lives.
Radfield...Why did you assume those were clues instead of Caller just....typing something? I mean...you're just as aware that Caller is insane as I am. (I love Caller's games).
Town medics? I would recommend one of you to protect Radfield, and for investigation roles, Check him. I would like a good scum hunter to have a good lead. And PM's are an option, so we can really get them. Decuondo, and Rastaban, arguably good checks too. Maybe I posted this at the wrong time and should of said it earlier, but my bad.

As Radfield messages me in PM, he seemed legitimately concerned about BumAtLarge. Clearly that wasn't a Capitalist dog that killed him. And 2 KP?
