South Korea is 4th place in the Olympics.

Moral of the story: Size doesn't matter?

South Korea is pretty big though (of course not as big as USA, Russia, and China but comparable to France, UK, Australia,Italy, Germany... which are the country usally taking the 4-10 places after China/Russia/USA)

That's exactly what I was thinking.
Just opened up the page and was quite shocked to see that... What the hell?

If I remember correctly they screwed up the qualifiers ALOT. Qualified into the team finals quite low but made a huge come back.

Only one of their athletes did all the exercises during qualification but he only got on the reserve list (aka not good enough). To be fair he had the option to participate as some athletes that qualified aren't able to compete today (injuries and whatnot), but he declined that place.

What channel are you watching it on? I turned on both NBC and MSNBC, and the only soccer I see is Japan vs Honduras.

Sadly, they are only showing Mexicos & Spains matches on BBC/live feed. Im watching on http://www.coolsport.tv/stream9.php - its in Arabic though. But hey, Arabic commentators are pretty cool.:p

Uchimura finally getting his gold medal, well deserved. U.S.'s Leyva was able to pick up it near the end and get Bronze! :D

Uchimura was so good.

Feel bad for the second Japanese guy, wasn't supposed to be in there but got in via injury to a compatriot, then is right up there in the medals going into the last round and falls off the pommel horse to lose his shot. Ouch.

You actually have a school system that encourages sport, really Australia should be in a different tier to everyone D:

Norway vs Venezuela in men's Epee. That sounds a bit outlandish.
