If they want to prevent it in the future, the first thing they have to do is to change the format. No athlete should be in a position where losing is more beneficial for them than winning... | ||

Just hoping for an inexplicable performance  I haven't followed Phinney much but a USA medal for Mens cycling would be awesome. Really I'm rooting for anyone but team sky. Excellent performances lately but someone else needs to step up and take a win | ||
