Unless your stars align, it's very hard to argue that the sacrifice in power is balanced by gains in utility. Even if Corn was to play a stronger version of that champ, what exactly is he going to accomplish on that teamcomp? It seems like nothing more than a win-more situation, and such a strange pick, let alone first pick.
