No. But if they're the best team in their region, they've earned the right to be at worlds. It also creates storylines, like that one year when T&T actually won/tied a game and everyone went nuts. Having more than just the best teams there is what makes the WC exciting. | ||

It just looks bad when you have a game which could be challenger players vs gold scrubs at a wc imo. | ||
