October 14th, Cop becomes the starter AD once again while Quas from Gold Gaming LA joins to become a new top laner as Voyboy would move to the solo mid lane position.

Ironically enough, last CLG's championship was with Voyboy's subbing in mid for bigfatlpjiji. So, in general. 8 games are left, 20 to go, time to powerrank. 1. Cloud 9. Even with all struggles which C9 shows, they still have 5-3 with losses to coL and EG. Imagine them going 7-1? Nothing weird, right? Even though, they look completely lost sometimes and better to improve, especially with TSM and Dignitas next week. 2. Counter Logic Gaming. CLG are back to the roots - weirdest team in the league and everytime they find a way. Even though CLG make best rotational plays in the league right now, they sometimes occassionally collapse and make slightly too risky plays, which lost them game against LMQ and last game against C9. But they have coL and EG to play next week, so it might be a good ride. Also, Seraph is still struggling, soon we will be able to make a something like that. http://whendidegthrowlast.com/ 3. Dignitas. Dignitas are looking very solid and if they had won yesterday against CLG, i would have said that Dignitas are clear top-1. But they were destroyed by solid moves by CLG and weren't able to counter it. Even though, it's clear that Dignitas are top-contenders this season. 4. LMQ. LMQ are first right now, but they still might struggle a bit if they're not far ahead in mid game. Next week they're going against EG and Curse, so it might be easy ride for them to lead the league. 5. TSM. Uh oh, TSM are just mediocre. Dyrus looks like he's lost, Bjergsen is lost in meta and i have no idea what will he do after Nidalee rework comes in, Amazing is permanently jetlagged, WT is slumping and Gleeb can't channel his inner Glarbu. They're still better than bottom-3 though but they have to work and improve furiously if they want to get 4th Worlds for Dyrus. 6. EG. Well, EG are good in game where they didn't lose early. LANESWAP EVERYTIME, I DON'T GIVE A FUCK IF YOU WANT STANDARD LANES. Pobelter is slowly becoming really top-tier, Altec is adapting to LCS, InnoX is playing tanks and Helios is coming for the team. Can they hit playoffs or....? LMQ and CLG next week for those guys. 7. Curse. Curse are still not 8th, i guess, but as i was saying month ago, coming into LCS split with Cop as your only carry is shit idea. Curse are 2-6 with Dignitas and LMQ next week and if they lose there, they're almost out from fighting for top-spots. 8. compLexity. coL has probably best vision control from bottom-3 teams, coaching stuff make things real. If they're not far behind in early game, they can force everyone to give their all, else they're just getting stomped. Next week they're against CLG and TSM, oh boy. His first time in LCS as a support was pretty lackluster as well, and now he's considered the best support in NA. I think he could've probably risen to the challenge as an adc too. Nah, the pro scene is full of support players who only moved to that position after failing to make the grade elsewhere.

If they're not far behind in early game, they can force everyone to give their all, else they're just getting stomped. Next week they're against CLG and TSM, oh boy. Instead of #s 1 through 8, I'd rank them a bit differently: Tier 1: C9, CLG, Dignitas, LMQ: These 4 teams are very close to each other and are clearly top dogs in NA LCS. Dignitas and LMQ having better scores owes mostly to both of them hitting the ground running on Week 1, but both C9 and CLG have improved noticeably over these past 3 weeks and are on their heels. Tier 2: TSM: TSM looking almost as good as C9 and CLG score-wise owes to their ability to efficiently harvest the bottom 3 teams for wins; they have yet to pick up a single win against the top 4 teams. Tier 3: EG, Curse, compLexity: For most of the split, these 3 teams have looked the weakest and more or less in parity with each other, although EG has shown some flashes of potential to break out onto Tier 2.

I doubt Voyboy could hang with Zion or Balls now.

Dig had trash decision making, let's call a spade a spade. I give credit where it's due. CLG teetered on a fine line with their poke comp. If they were ever caught out, dig would've steamrolled CLG in a team fight. You can say that dig was the one that committed mistakes but CLG played their part near perfectly. I don't think Zion dawdling in mid for like 5 minutes while CLG does whatever qualifies as "nearly perfect play" on CLG's part. Dig got hellishly greedy trying to repeatedly cancel the recalls. Getting a pick is not that hard if the other team is being greedy. Was the pick itself good? Sure, but come on. Like if you showed me that section of the game, hid the names, and played the "LCS or solo que game" I'd probably say solo que. Because that was a pretty prototypical stupid thing that happens in solo que games.
