After picks, you must swap champs within a certain period of time (before the last 20 secs) in order to give the opposite team time to prepare runes and masteries. You can't pick shyvana, hover her top lane, and then switch her to jungle in the last second (not in LCS anyway) | ||

I say it's minor because I don't see why it matters who is playing what. That doesn't dictate lanes(Well shouldn't) anyway. Hasn't in a long time. Seems really harsh to lose a ban in the final game in a Bo3 because of that. | ||

Essentially without the punishment - teams would be incentivized to wait until the last possible second to swap, hoping to catch their opponents with sub-optimal runes/masteries. Angle-shooting can generally be seen as not cheating, but using 'ungentlemanly or underhanded tactics' | ||
