Game progression there looks like a typical day for a soloq top lane. Pick tele -> call for an early gank -> try not to die -> tele down for drag fight -> sit top and push for like 10 days till a fight starts -> tele when someone forces fight. Like this looks like a poor man's irelia or jax with roughly the same first item power curve.
