9 deaths in 11 games while being an actual determinant in these games* is a really impressive stat. Dyrus may not look flashy, but he is playing very well.
*It seems that a number of top laners are playing the tele-split strategy way too passively. I have no research to back this up, so perhaps it's poor perception, but it seems that there have been a large number of games where Mundo/Trundle/etc will be playing in a different lane the entire game. Sure, they'll knock down one or two towers in their own lane, and likely the second level tower in the other lane as well; but meanwhile, their teammates have lost a 4v4 and the game is ultimately decided entirely outside with or without their split push contributions.

Well yeah, if you were an LCS team would you rather scrim LMQ or Cst/XDG?

Well yeah, if you were an LCS team would you rather scrim LMQ or Cst/XDG? Coast actually scary in scrims tho... Dyrus actually gave massive props to how good Coast was, and then there was also that Yasuo comment about how he's never won against Zionspartans Yasuo in toplane.

So LCS teams dont scrim challengers teams beside LMQ? In EU every good challenger team scrim LCS teams on daily basis.

I actually think clg fans will be dragged back into reality after they lose against tsm tomorrow. Doublelift already proclaming clg's NA dominance alongside c9&tsm in his newest interview.

Only a few ghaffs. qft cruzer got outplayed, a few really bad trades cost him too much 2 dumb facechecks otherwise good rotations by dig, sound disengage strategy in fights, pantheon was a really huge problem though not sure if nidalee comps are good enough against that kind of engange i'm not too unhappy with dig that game Losing to Crs and XDG last week really sucks though. Both of those were winnable games and Dig can clearly play better as a team than most of the bottom tier of NA. Baron really fucks them up so badly.
yeah, they would be a lot better without baron on the map. no funsies.

Don't get me wrong, I'd like clg to finally do well and be consistent but god forgive me to be sceptical after they continuous choke in every playoff since PAX 2012 and have an overall negative w/l in spring+summer split 2013 :D.

Yes, we're on the "Trash talk to mind game the enemy" part of the pie right now. Next week will probably be "throw at baron"

Then they'll win all their remaining LCS games just to lose in the semi final 0-2.

“I’m glad we started losing again,” said Michael “Imaqtpie” Santana in a post-game interview. “I mean, can you imagine what would happen if people started taking me and my team seriously?”
This is soooo good.
