I agree with this somewhat if you are comparing the champions by themselves, but with Mundo/Shyv together is much much stronger than Olaf/Elise together imo, but the thing the bugs me the most is the Jinx pick, Monte shouldn't have allowed this Jinx pick which is so easy to counter, I would be ok with it if it was like last pick and there wasn't much to counter her but when you pick her early she is so easily countered
