He was thinking of game 1 where wh1tzz Ori was tooling his Gragas until bengi ganked twice in a row and snowballed Faker out of control
Lucky being bad doesn't mean Lucky had zero effect. Faker missed CS and pissed away mana getting away from Lucky during the gank attempts and still ended the first b with a mere 3 CS disadvantage

How can you possibly call that outplayed
