I'm interested in seeing the distribution of fans for the finals. Obviously faker has a shit ton of fans and so do SKT but it seems like the bandwagon also comes with an antibandwagon. Tabe also has a pretty huge following cause he speaks english and speaks his mind (which just happens to be super humble). There's also the fact that I feel Royal and China also fits into the "everyone against korea" demographic and have gained support from the antikoreanhype people. They also have the benefit of being the underdog as well as showing super close/entertaining games while SKT just rolls people in their wins.

Personally I'll be cheering for SKT. Piglet being sad makes me sad.

Why wouldn't the teams there scrim them?

If you play the game professionally why would you miss out on a chance to play the top 2 teams in the world as much as you can before they go back to their respective countries and you can't play them again for a whole year?

it's going to be a hard match up, but here's my analysis of the lanes.

Impact**** vs Godlike***1/2: Godlike is a good player with a couple champions like Renekton but Impact is a more consistent and versatile player than him. Godlike might surprise him in one or two games, but Impact^

Bengi**** vs Lucky***: Lucky did surprise me this semi's but I thought he was lackluster vs OMG. I think Bengi's comfort champs are stronger then that of Lucky's but I do think Lucky has better mid game then bengi, Though overall I still think Bengi^

Faker ***** vs Whitez ****: I feel that Faker is a player who maybe not perfectly consistent but when he does carry the game, he does it hard. He is also more versatile then Whitez, but I do feel that Whitez has maybe 1-3 champions capable of giving Faker the fidgets, but overall Faker^

P1gl3t **** vsUzi *****: Seriously Faker vs Uzi will decide this game but I do think that Piglet will be the toughest adc Uzi has faced yet. I can't say that for Faker. Piglet is kind of like Faker in the way that he might not be premium every game but in his good games I believe he will be able to keep up with Uzi. Though I think Uzi NEVER has bad games. Uzi^

Poohmandu *** vs Tabe****:Tabe is a level or two above Mandu I believe. It will be interesting because Tabe has 1 or 2 supports that's capable of threatening SKT. Poohmandu does have good champions like Nami, Thresh, and a pretty good Zyra. but I still think Tabe's top champions are stronger then Mandu's.

Skt is a more versatile team then Royal Club but Royal Club is a more consistent team.

For SKT they need to ban out BOT lane while for Royal club it would be best if they don't ban out mid,
It's been proven time and time again that banning midlane on a versatile team like SKT doesn't field the best results. Plus at this level of play it would be more effective to ban out Top champions across multiple lanes.

Apart from this I kind of want to see Kt bullets and Cj frost taking on teams like C9, Fnatic, OMG and Royals.

Royal looked way to sloppy in their games =(. Lucky is possibly one of the worst junglers I've ever seen and Royal's team fight was very ugly. Unless they win off the strength of their lanes like they did against fnatic, SKT 3-0 or 3-1 incoming in Royal's current form. Shame as it'd be great if they won.

Of course there's always a chance that whoever said xpeke was 10x better than Nagne was actually right as since xpeke got stomped in lane, Faker has pretty much no chance against Whities =P.

? Faker is one of the most consistent mid players there is. He had 1 bad game out of 5 but every other game he played incredibly well. He had a few deaths here and there and his KDA doesn't really show just how well he did against NJS because he just suicided a few times when he didn't need to but the game was basically over by then. He's also not a player that "makes up for it" with his mid game when his team is winning but wins his lane and transitions it into a strong mid-late game. He is the most complete mid laner in the world and probably the best in the early stages.

Faker just has so much attention on him that any small mistake he makes, whether it be meaningless or not, gets criticized. People say SKT focuses on making Faker big but that couldn't be further from the truth. Yeah sure, he takes wraiths and wolves, big woop, so does everyone else. Nagne was taking wraiths and wolves when he could all the time but faker still outcs'd him by a mile in the early game. Faker got the least jungle help in all 5 games too. If watch hadn't been playing nocturne I think faker would have destroyed nagne even harder that 5th game. Like seriously, people were complaining about faker missing shockwaves on watch when watch had godlike reflexes and at that point a missed shockwave literally meant nothing and faker was just looking for an instant win.

Poohmandu and Tabe are very similar. Both are very aggressive in lane and make plays later on. I would call you insane if you believe tabe to be better than poohmandu, but I think they are both close in skill. Poohmandu has more inconsistency but also comes up bigger when he has his good games.

Mandu in the semi was so underwhelming though... He looked like voidle against NJS. Of course that's not to say he doesn't come up big on some games, but damn he got caught out so often, and made it so hard for SKT for most of those games.

Tabe said he loved LA + he sings in english. With those to facts, it's already over Royal be hailed like the new TSM.

Serieusly though i'd go with Royal only for there Logo, it's almost as sexy as Italian fashion.
+ they seem such humble guys, and underated. If China wins they get some much deserved love from the outside.

Kid is a great AD that's tied down by having to carry xiaoxiao every game.

His skill deteriorated a bit while iG roleswapped though. He'll need to practice to get back on top.

Weixiao is still overall the most experienced of them all. It's just his laning isn't as impressive as before, and WE doesn't really play around him so its hard for him to make things happen when he doesn't get lane advantages.

Royal winning lanes did the job. But props to Fnatic for the great team fights. The series, except on game 1 was really close. Royal missing their spells so many times (especially Wh1t3zZ) shows how hard they're gonna get raped by SKT.
