C9 is the best NA team and they're actually miles ahead of anyone else, so overall there's still hope for NA. However it's true it's similar to SC2 in that NA generally seems to be the weakest of the big regions. However it's debatable whether the gap is as large or not, because NA and EU in LoL have the LCS infrastructure which gives them a better basis to keep up with the Asians, but it can also be argued that the Asian and especially Korean competition is also much more dense than in SC2. In the end it ends up at a similar distribution overall I'd say. | ||

Secondly, this game was not representative. TSM played like a contending team on day one, but they basically had no shot at quarterfinals coming into this game, and their play showed it. I don't like that they gave up at all, but don't think that this is their highest standard of play | ||
