If they're going to change anything, it's mid and jungler though. TOO's mechanics limit his impact immensely. Whether or not you like it, Regi spending 2-3 hours a day on managerial work + worry about it seriously impacts not only his, but his teams practice ability. They need a new team captain anyway. We can argue whether Regi is shit or not, his shotcalling is nothing that could not be topped. Also, communication issues are always blamed when it comes to TSM. Even at the last game, what the hell was that from Xpecial and Regi? They were o ntwo different pages.

TSM needs someone they can respect, and has a much better understanding about the game, and who is much more easier to come to terms with. "I'm right, you're wrong" Reginald is not exactly the ideal leader - yes, he IS a leader, which is better than having 5 mute guys on your team, but his far from ideal.

Don't judge a 1 week span by a 30 minute reality show.

Even The Rain Man talked about the same thing after he left the team (there's a vid where he talks about Regi, quite sad). In the middle of S2.

Yes, TRM is an asshole (I like him though), but that's not the point now.

You mean the guy who wanted to play soloq all day instead of scrim? That's one of the few occasions where I'm okay with Regi being an asshole and shouting down somebody. What happens? TRM gets kicked, TSM picks up Dyrus and they switch to a scrim based regimen, and TSM doesn't lose a single NA Lan for the rest of the season.

He wasn't talking about just him and Regi, but Regi overall, and he's dumb approach to everything. But if you are convinced he's a smart player, I guess that have to be respected.

As for me, I respect what he achieved so far in his life, but I find him to be TSM's ultimate bane, and a guy, who's still around S1-S2, and just can't adapt. He's not a good strategist, he's not too smart game-wise, and he's only benefit to the team is that he has a very strong will, and everyone respects him, for better or worse.

He can't adapt? It's taken til S3 for them to be knocked off of best NA team and they only fall to 2nd. Who are you going to bring in to play? It isn't a simple addition by subtraction situation. Whoever you put in there has to be, hands down, better than Regi.

The only viable option TSM has is for Regi to shed excess responsibilities such as managing and analyst/coaching. Dan is the perfect person to do this as long as he is willing and capable.

I'm willing to bet anything, that if he stays, TSM will be the same as they were in S3 and S2 - strong NA competitors, qualifying to worlds, losing to every decent international team. Maybe worse, but definetly not better.

How are they going to improve if he goes? Who is capable of picking up his slack AND improving the team? You can't give me an answer without saying Hai or Mancloud.

I think money and thorough search can get the proper guys into their team, whether it's an unpolished gem we don't know about, or maybe someone from another region. New blood means names and faces you'd never expect in TSM.

Yes, TSM is unimaginable without Reginald, but you need new foundations if you want to do better than you've been doing in the past 1,5 years, because the Regi-era has clearly reached it's peak during S2.

Edit: C9 really showed how being "new wave" is the way to go.

I still agree with the statement. It's really weird because in NA LCS, he seemed fairly lackluster. Here, he is playing quite well, and reading the other junglers well. Pretty interesting to see.
