Guess Heal isn't that bad in combination with shields to protect from Zed, cleansing a slow can also prevent a pick-up I guess—with Orianna and Karma, and Nami's passive, a lot of Alternate's infight mobility comes from MS boosts so it's easy to ruin it with slows.
Maybe not optimal or as useful as against a Ryze, but definitely not a bad item by any means for Nami anyway.

Hoping for a Creaton interview, wanna know about his build.
Still not sold on the Karma pick. Got crushed in lane, gave Rumble free farm. Some shields and speed boosts don't make her outstanding - remember, she had 3-4k gold on Rumble mid/lategame and Rumble was far more impactful than she was
Actually, if you get Thresh alongside Karma and rush Locket on your jungler, the Shields might actually have an impact before lategame

Its easy to say Karma isnt impactfull because its easy to miss the giant shields she puts out. esp during wild teamfights.
Karma is never going to be as flashy as a lot of other champions but the benefit to the team is there for sure.

Or just Get Karma jungle, and a more solid top. Like a kennen.
VI to me is one of the least impressive junglers.
