What's the idea about Flash+Ghost on him btw? Flash as an escape, Ghost as "offensive" summoner spell because it lets you get so many Qs and Es off in a fight? | ||

It is also because of vlad being top lane. The lane is so long that ghost is a way better escape on vlad in this circumstance. Flash on the other hand is more useful in teamfights later on. | ||
