No previous fight Zuna didn't have QSS. So the gold card makes him waste cleanse then he gets locked up by Kennen/Elise. This case he had QSS/Flash/Cleanse so it's a completely different TF sacrifice which would never let them get Zuna. Just silly impatient move that cost them the game.
