Manage C9, move them right next door to TSM, and pretty much make them brother teams without being owned under the same brand. They get the luxury of always having a scrim partner, other high level players to discuss strategies with, and get all the benefits of being brother teams without Riot coming down on them. So far, Cloud 9 have been by far the most fun team to watch in NA. By no means are they anywhere near a CJ Entus Blaze currently, but the potential is there. They have the best team fighting currently in NA, and they know how to turret dive and set up fights better than I've seen in NA. When Meteos or Hai jump in, the other teams follows right behind and set up combos without any gigantic errors. It's sad to watch how C9 fight, and then see what happened in Dig and CLG where Crumbz would jump in, get blown up, and then have his team be forced into a 4v5 that they have no way of winning without the tank in Zac. It's not impossible to beat C9, and I'm sure CLG, Dig, TSM, Curse, and the rest will improve during the course of the season, but C9 are currently playing at a different level synchronization wise. If you had to compare C9 to any Korean team, I'd say they're a lot like SKT #2. Hai and Meteos are the focus of C9, as are Faker and bengi on SKT #2. Both teams have a ridiculous laning phase, usually being able to get a lead by just destroying their own lanes before it comes to team fighting. While SKT #2 isn't the best in Korea with their team fights, you can't really compare SKT #2 having to play Frost, Blaze, and Ozone who are all amazing at team fights, positioning. etc. and C9 going up against teams that have initiators die before the fight even begins. C9 is excellent in team fighting in NA standards, but they really could become America's hope along with TSM if they can level up a bit more before worlds. It will also be interesting to see how other teams react and play against them after going through them once. Not to say that just knowing that they're uber aggressive and play Korean strats/comps will change a loss into a win, but at least other teams can try to prepare for them.

Even if they lose lane they make up for it with their coordination. NA values individual talent a lot, C9 is turning that on its head. Well Rumble is a silly champion; that's for sure. I think their real strength is picks/ban phase to be honest. They play out the lanes okay-ish. They sorta remind me of M5 in regards to how their strengths increase past lane phase

Dignitas don't throw, they only have occasional flashes of brillance where they manage to close a game.

I don't think they have a lot of character or a certain playstyle that make people like or dislike them. (except for qtpie maybe) I feel the same about them.

As a long standing RS/Dignitas fan, they haven't quite been the same since they lost Jatt and then Voyboy. Not since Soraka mid/Lulu top cheese, anyways. They use to be quite creative when they first broke into the scene.

Oh, they're bad, there's no discussing it. It's just that people seem to have picked up how negative (and sometimes uncouth) I am toward them despite claiming to be a fan, and I've voiced several times that it's all about being so jaded by the way they waste their potential (not only throwing games, but in general) that you can only be gueninely surprised and happy when they actually succeed at something. ![]() I don't know if they're actually stagnating when the general level improves, but since the last tier of the spring split they've given me the impression that they actually regressed at the game.
