Also it's 2-3 minutes behind. Yep. Chinese caster across all sports suck not only in e-sport. Stick with Twitch, we got Deman there. My thought is more that they are probably in charge of production, so they probably have control over it. You'll probably see a higher production quality on that stream. Not to mention that the small cosplay skits were actually shown on the chinese stream while NA had verbal filler from these guys. That filler was far from decent.
We got the visual, but the camerawork was actually pretty poor. The camera guy kept zooming in so you couldn't actually see the whole performance or any of the stuff going on on the side of the stage. Interviews weren't any less awkward either.
China's got an amazing thing going on here, but it's no MSL, OSL, or SPL finals level production yet.

Yeah. Theres basically no excuse for them to NOT have sound proof booths.

This event was prep by SMG, one of the biggest TV corp in China that based in Shanghai. I would not expect anything less. Riot has said they don't think Sound-proof booths are worth the cost. I think the majority of their big tournaments are going to be in this set up. If you remember, some of the season 2 huge tournaments were set up like this. The season 2 Qualifiers for finals for example was like this.
And they had cheating in the S2 finals if I'm not mistaken correct?

Oh I see. Bad camera work would definitely ruin it!

That's what everyone was saying back then.

Exhausts target enemy champion, reducing their movement speed and damage dealt by 30% for 2.5 seconds and reducing their attack speed by 50% for the duration
-30% off the R and the damage immediately before it seems like it'd do something.

Dang I misspoke, I meant to say the Season 2 qualifiers before the finals. I believe the finals had booths of some type.
I have no idea about those booths honestly.

Sound-proof booths provide the following benefits.
1) There is absolutely zero chance of gaining advantages during the game through hearing the crowds or casters. 2) The morale of a team can be influenced heavily by the crowds. Especially more so if there are no sound-proof booths. Removing the element of home advantage, or crowd favouritism is definately worth the cost if you value competitive integrity.

Sure seemed like it. The chinese team was hesitating due to them thinking it was a bait.
