He's not saying NA ADC are better. He's saying that NA priorities ADC over the other solo laners when it comes to farming where as other regions have a far more even distribution where the solo laners become beasts themselves instead of just the ADC

So, how do SKT deal with this comp? Helios and CptJack keep picking Lee Sin and Kog, but they can't ban either of those since Flame/Ambition are too scary to get their best champions. Seeing as they have first pick, they'll probably ban Jayce, Kha6, and Diana.

And I was a little bit hyperbolic, but yeah that was my point haha. Was more exclaiming how powerful these solos are compared to NA.

Blaze still has a bad early game and SKT T1 needs to capitalize on it to have a good advantage in the midgame where they can shut down one player.

Always the problem with korean teams, all players have too big of a pool to ban multiple players. I think anything that would be able to snowball and end the game fast would work best for them. They need to group and shove while the carries arent big yet.
But yeh, its hard. Flame is a god, ambition is a god, helios doenst give a crap if you come at him...

Everyone looks bad when they lane against Ambition except for the select few who is up to his level.

In every games SKT T1 always has kill advantage but always so behind in golds. Blaze is just so good at farming and taking objectives.
