Another "mid" fight, the one at 6:05:50 in the youtube feed right after Regi dies bot:

Trundle on the left of the mid lane, Sona near the inner mid turret, Kog'Maw in the corridor near the wraiths bush (out of Trundle's range, far from the tower, with only Sona able to quickly move between the enemy team and him), TF and Kha coming back from bot while TSM has 4 people in front of the tower.
Excellent Crescendo catching all 4, but WT disengages through cleanse, and Nasus and Renekton immediatly move to Kog's position. Kog moves back, starts hitting, but gets hit by Spirit Fire (huge ass armour reduction, most probably 40), stunned by Renekton, and with their ults damage is half health.
Right at that point, excellent Pillar blocking both Renekton and Nasus from Kog, while letting Kha and TF able to reach them if needed, all while Renekton already used both his E dashes so he can't bypass it without flashing. Kog flashes out.
Caitlyn's ult powered by IE+LW hits a 40-armour debuffed Kog'Maw, who already has low armour and hit points. Kog loses the remaining half of his health and dies.

What happened? Horrible Kog positioning far from the tower and pretty close to his opponents, moving toward them as Crescendo's stun finishes, and far from Trundle so the pillar couldn't be used before they reached Kog.
See the pattern? Bad positioning. Again.

Don't understimate a Nasus+Renekton+aegis combo, if you need more than 3 hits to kill them Ryze and Kog are going to melt you anyway.

Ryze also a tank in his own right. Can be very very tanky with frzn heart.

Yup, 0 waveclear on Vulcun, you can't fight a siege in those conditions, their composition is so, so reliant on actually being ahead (only one "tank", relying mostly on self-peel, split-push oriented), and their positioning and map awareness in the bottom-lane was pretty bad, leading to them getting smashed and feeding Kog+Nasus. :/
(Granted, they couldn't fight the 2v4s and those came from mandatorycloud having to help top, freeing Nyjacky, but still.)

Seeing Vulcun struggle to clear and MF with level 1 E reminds me of the tentative build by somebody in the MF thread saying he maxes E to use the strong slow and base damage to clear + trap people in his ult and stuff. 220 more damage certainly would help them trying to kill the minions fast.
