Ever since then, I don't know of a player who has maxed E. DLift is a Max Q player, WX did Q max too until moving towards the PD first build too iirc. | ||

No, there was a MS nerf in early of S2, it was around when Sivir got the rework. Condemn max still not the most popular choice, but it definitely wasn't unheard of. It's really good with burst lanes. | ||
