Keep the rage to a minimum. This includes wait times between games, music, and balance.

Argue 60/40, 70/30 or even 95/5... in the end you cannot award the win. That's silly. plenty of prior examples of dc/outage in the middle of a game and when one side had a convincing advantage, they got the win flash vs jaedong most prominent one, boxer vs nightend in tsl too The Flash vs Jaedong one was discussed to death back then, and in the end most people pretty much agreed that Jaedong had that game in the bag. The worst part of that regame was that Flash's dad spent an hour arguing with the Kespa referees and possibly demoralized Flash in the process (Flash looked really sloppy the game after).
my point to address the guy saying you cant even award a win in 95/5, which was what jd/flash was.

It just depends on what you call "convincing".

That's true, but there was no way this last game was even close to 95/5 in favor of WE - but yea I agree with you that in a 95/5 situation the game could be awarded to the team with a 95% chance of winning (I do think Jaedong had much more than a 95% chance of winning that game btw).

I really don't see this happening. People like to hate on CLG and DiG because they struggled but the reality is that the whole NA scene is pretty behind right now. For all the hate that they get, CLG and DiG still almost always beat the second tier NA teams when they play.

95-5 is a very, very, very conservative estimation. no BW expert on the OGN commentary nor pros (that could be considered unbiased) believed that flash could win that game. i would argue that flash's dad and the poor handling from KT's staff contributed more to his loss in the 4th game than the power outage itself.
the comparison i made to regaming with same picks bans for WE to declaring a regame for the power outage is still a poor comparison because a regame for the power outage would have still been much, much worse.
blitz ban!
