I see them more as eSports people more than SC2 or anything. SC2 made them famous and big, but I get the feeling that they just want to see eSports succeed. Especially considering Wheat's been in tons of different titles already and Rachel's been doing LoL for several tourneys now. Tbh wheat was probably more known in the quake days. hmm maybe. But Wheat got more "mainstream" via SC2. Since Quake days esports was still pretty marginalized. Still, I respect 'em both simply because they're doing what they love and it's good for esports to have some well-known personalities. Someone never saw Quakecon. Nal_rA's been casting for OGN for a looooong time now. That includes anything LoL related that OGN has their hands in. Korean stream: twitch.tv/ogn_lol I don't watch korean tournament streams out of time constraints and, you know, 2 am - 6 am in the morning (I only did that for my one true love Broodwar). I was just surprised as hell to see my favorite player ever just pop up on a LoL stream. Boss as heck. Yea I never saw Quakecon. Not really into FPS games and I honestly don't know much about the FPS scene unfortunately. :\ Quakecons were, and probably comparatively still are, the biggest esports tournaments this side of SCBW Proleague finals and maybe dreamhack. Huh. I didnt know that. Gonna have to go wiki that stuff now x]

It's still better than Rivington and Phreak. I don't hate Riv/Phreak but their commentary just isn't as informative as I'd like and you can't be Korean casters for excitement. which pretty much means koreans are more exciting and more insightful -_- and they dont call shit out like invading towers

Gotta be comfortable while casting, man. Gives a more casual style, which has its own merits.

Lux is a signature champion for both Rapidstar and Lustboy, it's the reason she was banned in 2 of 3 group games, and picked in the other.

He's been hyping and supporting esports for the better part of a decade.
