1) Azubu Blaze 2)Azubu Frost, Xenics? 3)M5,CLG EU 4)TSM, WE?, CLG NA 5) rest? I dont think the difference between TSM and M5 and CLG EU is big enough for the third tier to be a clear favorite. We really need TSM to start playing againist europeans again to get a good idea. | ||

Hrm. The lack of Asian teams such as TPA and iG somewhere in there does irritate me somewhat. Also not sure Xenics should be that high either. Also inconclusive how M5/CLG.EU would match up against the Koreans until the next round of OGN. That being said however, if the TL LoL Staff were to create a Global Power Rank it would likely look similar (probably). | ||

It's too close between M5 and Blaze to definitively say that one is better than the other, especially since the two teams haven't gone up against each other yet. There's been a lot of debate as to which of these two teams is better. Both teams have definitively beaten TSM but who knows what would happen when the two teams faced each other. | ||

And no you shouldn't get HoG on junglers either. Get ruby crystal and eventually get aegis or get a kindlegem. Philo is fine though because like I said you need the regen. | ||

The only time I have though HoG was a good choice on a non-support was Stanley from TPA who built Philo -> HoG -> Kage on Shen top and crushed a Vlad in the IEM Pro-Asia Tournament. Don't ask me how it works. It just did lol. | ||
