I dont really agree with Wickd items, triforce isn't that crucial here and Wits / Hexdrinker should be far more beneficial against this kind of a lineup

On the TSM game, they should switch Kennen and Vlad lanes. Might be more effective.

There have been a lot of snipe bans against teams where they'd rather let Shen get through than someone's signature champion. Some teams have also been baiting Shen picks and then counterpicking against him top. If Shen can't 1v1 someone, he can't splitpush because if he turns up somewhere, you just 1v1 him and kill him while the rest of your team can 4v4 fine.
