So many last minute buffs, don't know what to think. Meanwhile pro play complaint champs like Aphelios and Camille get small wrist slaps.
After neglecting Predator the entire season, Riot buffs it by 25%, that's hilarious.

Remove all runes if you ask me, but if there, runes like predator and phase should be kept on the verge of being viable

I thought Talon falls off hard in late game, why are they nerfing him there?

Haha I'm seeing all this complaning about the removal of Qiyana's auto-aim E-Q combo (dash+projectile), and I didn't even know she had that despite wasting like 30 games in previous season on trying to learn her. I can't imagine how bad it must feel for new players in this game, there's so much hidden information you can't really find on your own when not knowing what to look for.

that wasnt really "hidden information". it was literally written in the tooltip for q (or e, pretty sure q). a 1st time qiyana player could have picked that up if they actually read the skill descriptions

Oh...
It's in E description. Do you remember if it was that extra info that shows up when you press shift or turn on the option to always show detailed information? Would be extra embarassing if it was always shown.
Checked and it's in the "extended tooltip info" section, so not visible unless you remember to enable the extra info.

I must admit Titanic Twitch is probably the most lit ADC I've seen to date.

I saw a Masters player run it first item (before boots lol) on Aram months ago, and it was incredibly good. Doubled everyone else's damage, and he was so hard to kill for half the game. If 2 people on our team stood too close to each other, he would 3 shot them with no crit lol. I've been wanting to try it ever since, keep forgetting.

I've always found it weird giving hydra to ranged champions. It really makes no sense to be honest. Next thing you know, titanic hydra, muramana Jinx is going to be played in pro, Riot nerfs the shit out of the items and the champions wielding it and everyone is sad again because meta changes were forced upon us.

Had seen it in a couple of ranked games before, early yesterday our OTP Twitch went it in ranked, he got it third item (no mythic) and the enemy team just went poof (faster poof then what a usual 3 item Twitch does). I was a bit "hmm?" when I saw the Hydra in his stash, but OTPs that build wonky stuff either know exactly what they are doing or are trolling - either way no reason to argue with it, but oh boy when it got upgraded to Titanic....
Then I rolled Twitch a bit later that day in an ARAM so I wanted to try it. After a single team fight it had done nearly 2k where I just yolo opened up to start the fight and subsequently die fairly fast. With Hurricane and his ultimate It takes his cleave damage to a league of it's own.
Really like how it feel fit into Twitch's gameplay. It takes away from his isolated enemy pick potential but super charge his teamfighting instead.

Ranged champs do 25% less damage with it, I don't think it will become OP suddenly on them. I think it's open for ranged champs so that Urgot and Gnar can buy it. It also scales with bonus HP, Twitch being able to use it is more of an anomaly because nobody else has a 700 range AoE AA and scales off AS. Jinx is the closest thing and she has to build crit or her Q is awful.

I suppose it could be used as the 4th or 5th item on Tank'maw too.

I am reading the comments in this reddit discussion on Plated Steelcaps, and am learning all sorts of non-intuitive Riot logic. Things I've learned:
- Steelcaps reduces basic attacks even if they are non-physical. Reading through the wiki, seems this has always been the case, so I've been playing the game for 9 years without fully understanding Ninja Tabis or Steelcaps.
- Steelcaps reduces Camille 2nd Q proc, i.e. true damage can be reduced, because it is an attack like ability. But it doesn't reduce Vayne Silverbolts, because they are on-hit. It reduces Corki aa damage for the same reason
- It does not reduce Ezreal Q damage, because Ez Q does not count as an AA, but still procs on hit
- The bug guru dude is unsure if it reduces Zyra plant damage

IIrc Tabis didn't reduce Zyra plant or Azir soldier damage and it's unlikely they changed that when Tabis became Steelcaps. If I had to guess I'd say it shouldn't work on Heimer turrets too. Tibbers or Daisy? No idea.

wtf at true damage being reduced? its not true damage then lol

Yeah the true damage thing is kinda wonky. Non physical damage aa makes sense to me, although I was always too lazy to figure that one out myself.

Just watch clips of Beifeng, he makes the champion look broken beyond belief. But you probably want to watch tutorials that explain his moves in slow motion, because he uses like 6 abilities in .5 seconds.
Idk about any EUW Qiyana OTP that also stream, but her pickrate isn't that low so there is probably at least one Master+ streamer.
