Some regions have pretty large pay discrepancies, a lot of this has to do with personal sponsors, stream views, donations, etc etc.
I wouldn't be surprised if the highest paid NA LoL player would be imaqtpie due to the insane amount of stream hours he's been putting in because he's not playing in LCS anymore.

well there's 25k for 2 splits + any money you make from playoffs and international tournaments. I imagine that some teams pay an additional salary which is probably not too high but I think in return most organisations pay for housing and probably provide a decent budget for food.

If you're talking semi-relevance doesn't UoL count as well? They can't beat top korean teams for sure, but they could absolutely beat some Chinese or Taiwanese teams.
