tbh it feels like the staff felt too obligated to include all reigons? Uzi (I'm told by china talk) had a pretty bad season outside of worlds and Namei had a pretty bad worlds so I'm not sure why deft lost

and gogoing played like a man at worlds but idk Looper was so good this year.

I don't mean to be unfair because I think it looks cheap to go with all samsung players as much as the next guy but would it really have been that wrong? they were untouchable for 3/4 of the year

The other big argument is ADC. It depends on how hard you weigh Worlds performance. In my opinion, I would probably barely edge in Deft over Namei/Uzi, but any of the top four have convincing arguments.

Deft was like the s4 diamondprox, champions he played became fotm in all regions, you could argue blue's coaching staff is to credit for that but I still think it says a lot.

Deft's team fighting mobility and output of damage was insane. Of course a lot of it is due to his team and peeling, but he made Kog'maw dance like no one else.

They meant under the Samsung brand, but technically White did win. But they mean that for Samsung, only Blue was the team to win a season.

I really hate it when people rate-up/down players because of the strength of the team they're playing on. It's understandable to an extent, but it also distorts things if you take it too far. Shiphtur is a great example of this, it's easier to look good on a bad team. Deft / Namei were clearly the best ADCs of Season 4 in my opinion.

I'm really surprised that Looper wasn't mentioned for runner up or even given a shout out for best top laner. Looper should have at least been given a shout out for being the only top laner who actually knew how to use teleport properly.

Not sure how I feel about Gogoing winning. He was definitely the most surprising player at Worlds, but I don't know if we can give him best top laner just for his Worlds performance(especially after considering that his team didn't make it to Finals)
