But yeah we're aware the goal is to win, I don't think anyone blamed RiP, but as viewers doesn't it seem normal to express that it is just not very fun to watch ?

S3 gave us a taste of what assassin comps and roaming hecarim gangbang comps looked like, and now this kind of suffocating play is kind of dull for spectators and also as players we feel the vicarious frustration. It would be like seeing a successful Teemo comp. Zed, Fizz, Lee Sin all have flashy skills and plays. Soraka presses one button.

People say it´s Monte all the time but honestly I think that Dexter had a large influence too. I gotta agree, Monte started coaching CLG way before they started playing well. Dexter is obviously the major key to their success. As to if he carried LD I have no idea but it could very well be considering how the LD line-up is doing now.

Dexter on the other hand is really impressive.

The timing of dexter + boot camping during off season allowed CLG to evolve. To say Monte didn't play a role in that is a bit silly. Not to mention CLG played pretty good, even with having Link in Jungle and retiree's playing in mid. They still would have been #3 team in LCS (not nearly as dominating score obviously).
