You also have to remember that the only reason there was an NA team in bracket stage at S2 Worlds was because of Riot's weird format with regional seeds. I think TSM would have been hard pressed to make it out of groups in S2 if they were in those groups as well.

I cannot see them beating SKT T1 and at this point there's no doubt in my mind they are under the level of KT B. Not just because Homme can't always go to his tanky champions right now, but that Dade has had his champion pool neutered. TF, Ryze, and Ezreal are very subpar in this patch and you know Zed is going to be instaban. A big reason why MVP had the success they did was because Dade had stepped up his game immensely.
Dade also choked super hard in their series vs. SKT. If he drops the ball like that at Worlds, we could definitely see Ozone making an early exit.

Really, faker is the issue here. A few months ago we could say Korea had really good mids. Now they just choke and feed.
Ryu seemed to have a huge mental problem in the series. He seriously just went from champion to champion trying to find something that worked.
I expect Dade to go to TF a lot at World's and for it to work against the weaker teams. But I think he'll have issues if he tries it against teams like Fnatic with strong mids.
Watching EG vs Gambit atm.. my god is Genja hard to watch. Hasn't 2v2'd in lane once the entire game, still goes triple dorans. Really might have overestimated EU at this point. If they play like this at Worlds... Just so many map movement errors.

What is your preferred music to listen to while playing? Now, if it's just your favorite genre then I'm not interested. As an example, I don't actually have a favorite genre of music in general but when it comes to LoL I love old-time crooner music for some reason. And on the other side of the spectrum stuff like Ratatat works extremely well to get me in the mood too.
Crooner and softer music tends to just relax me and make me aware of the map/teamates without really having to focus on them while simultaneously making it hard for me to rage at teamates.
Creedence Clearwater Revival. Old school best school.

While there isn't a doubt in my mind that SKT outclasses Ozone pretty hard right now (and this is coming from a huge Ozone fan) do you really see any of the other teams posing a serious threat to them? I still expect them to utterly destroy the likes of Fnatic and Gambit (let alone Vulcun and Mineski). Gambit hasn't looked strong ever since EdWard left the team though there's always the possibility that they'll pull something crazy. If Fnatic had Rekkles I'd give them a chance but as it is their bot lane is going to get wrecked and the other positions are even at best. Plus Korean teams look far more adept at dealing with the kind of split-push shenanigans that Fnatic likes to run than the EU teams that are easily confused by them.
Ozone won't beat SKT when they meet but I don't see any of the other teams taking more than a game off them at best. If KTB were at worlds it would be a different story, but they aren't.
Heart of gold, good times. Funnily enough they went on to lose to SKT T1 in the finals. A much different SKT lead by reapered with none of the present members on it.
Thing about dade and MVP in general is that they were never really considered good until OGN Spring where they made a tremendous improvement. I don't know if I consider dade an elite world level mid yet. Seems like the champions just fit him at the time.
I think that game they had a fed enemy ap carry ( either fizz or gragas) and we were gearing for a final push (1 nexustower+Nexus) and I had exactly 1600 in the bank so I bought BLue elixier+hexdrinker ^^

Wrong thread sweetheart.
I'm back to playing LoL a little bit, but god this launch screen is so noisy...
right sorry! I always forget there is other threads, since I normally access my stuff through the "subscribed threads" where I only have GD, Offtopic and the LRs when it comes to LoL
Okay, I'm probably really slow with this, but just noticed that EU have no team directly into quaterfinals at Worlds. Is there any explanation for that? Was it due to the Allstars event?

Yep Cause EU lost to NA in Allstars they place 5/5, and since you can only have 4 teams seeded into quarters...

And you think, that these games can tell anything about the current balance of power? really? and to the rest of the "ozone will underperform" bandwagon: even IF Dade loses his lane, the botlane and jungle of ozone is enough to beat any, ANY european or american team.
